Nutriente Pastry Studio was created by Diana Dimitrova, Pastry chef and Nutritious Life Mastery Certified Nutrition Coach. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Pasadena, Diana’s stellar career includes experience at some of the most renowned restaurants and hotels in the country.
Her knowledge obtained for over 15 years in Las Vegas Food industry , working as Pastry chef at Michelin Star Restaurants and Five Diamonds Resorts, and passion for healthy living led her to create the business where not only people with diet restrictions will indulge and get satisfying pastries but everyone else would enjoy the new look of healthy and nutritious desserts.
